SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling charges are based on location on orders $70 and under. All orders over $70 receive free shipping and handling. We try to ship all orders received, on regular business days before 1pm PST, within 48 hours.

We ship from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. At this time, we ship with USPS or UPS in the United States. Please provide a street address if you select UPS as they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, USPS will be used. Outside the United States, USPS will be used (in most cases). 

International shipping rates do not reflect any fees, duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied on your end in your country. These additional funds are solely your responsibility to pay. And we are very sorry, but we cannot provide estimates for these additional charges.

Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your order.  An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is placed, and after your product has shipped.

Return policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. 

We do not accept returns on sale products. Returns of non-damaged goods must be received within 30 days from the date of your sales slip, and must be received in perfect condition, including original packaging, to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Merchandise that is sent in error or is damaged/defective may be returned for full credit or replacement and we will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of said items. We must be notified of defective or damaged product within 10 business days from the date of your sales slip. 

All costs related to shipping are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective, damaged or was sent in error.
